Established by an Alberta educator with over twenty-five years of administrative experience at

is committed to enhancing educational administration through the use of information
technologies (it).
We believe that school leaders are a key component of educational
excellence, progress and innovation and that these positions are highly demanding. We also
believe that modern information technologies have the capability to gather, manipulate
and manage personnel information much more efficiently than traditional paper-based systems.
Our goal is to utilize the power of modern technology to streamline the work of school and
system administrators in the vital area of recuiting and selecting staff.
The company, with head offices in Lethbridge Alberta, was incorporated in January 2003.
